Hi,

I signed up to talktalk via topcashback and was offered £150 cashback for this. Unfortunately the reference I have (S0 number) has been rejected and they have asked for an N7 or N8 type number. Any idea where I might be able to find this number?

Thank you for letting us know, this is the same reference as is already on your claim however.

 

The network does need a certain format reference to be able to get this looked into further for you.

 

Anything beginning with 101/102 will be declined so we cannot try this, apologies.

 

Do you have anything beginning with N7 or N8?

Future fibre accounts have an "S0 " reference ensure that you are not giving them a Letter "O" reference instead of a zero.
