Giftcloud voucher not received

Hello,

 

 

I signed renewed my contract in April and was promised a £130 voucher within 45 days. I have contacted gift cloud with no response. Can someone help me please?

I am in the same situation, signed up in January and gift cloud don't reply to anything?

@bsmith20lux, to avoid confusion, staff only reply to the original poster.

 

This is an old thread, and it would actually be better if you posted on the billing message board rather than this one.

 

Go to "help with your service" in the forum menu and choose billing, then click on start a topic.

 

Staff will respond after the weekend.

Hi @Arne-TalkTalk 

 

I signed out to full fibre broadband and my service went live on 27/04/2023 but I have to received the £150 gift card that I was told I would receive after 90 days of the first bill.

 

I have email giftcloud on the email address found on the TalkTalk FAQ but have had not reply to that email sent about 3 weeks ago
