CITY FIBRE WON'T INSTALL A FIBRE CABLE TO OUR HOUSE

I was extremely disappointed to be informed by city fibre that they will not install the fibre cable to my property.

It appears that my current telephone duct goes over my neighbours property and there is a blockage in the duct on their property.  The issue is that they had a patterned concrete drive installed last year and city fibre won't clear the duct as they can't replace the concrete drive to an approved standard.

The engineer who came suggested that they might be able to run a separate duct across my garden and I even offered to pay for this but that was not considered.

Is there anything else I could do to get the full fibre installed?

Did our future fibre team advise this ? You may need to speak to city fibre directly, I would suspect that planning permission may be needed,  Really sorry not sure what else to advise.
