Why has my payment gone up as to phone boost when I don’t have a phone, cannot access this boost on my account  thanks

The boost has been removed as of yesterday,  it was free on your account for the last 24 months , and would have been itemized on your bill each month.

Ask Chat to remove the boost, or phone 03451 720088 during the week. 

 

It may have been discounted or free previously, but only for a certain number of months, depending on the terms agreed at the time you set up the contract.
