 I finally have a working phone line after new broadband install 2 weeks ago . Could someone now stop call divert to my mobile please and return calls to my landline number .

My account still won't let me activate digital voice for the app or any other calling features/boosts either.

Thanks. I'm not sure if this will work on VoIP but could you try dialing  #21#  this should switch off call divert. Can you give it a try and let me know how you get on

OK thanks, just to confirm, the call divert is on the VoIP line and diverting to the mobile number in your community profile?
