Both my wife and I have received bounce-back messages

This is the mail system at host mx-caprica.easydns.com.

where "username" is the username @Tiscali.co.uk and "user" represents the user @yahoo.co.uk and user@domain.net is an alias which translates to the Yahoo address.

Any suggestions as to the cause?

Hello Debbie.

It seems the fault is at the far end. I have contacted the recipient and the administrator of the e-mail domain, and they will fix it. 

Case closed.
