Call Boost Setting Missing From Account

The call boost setting is missing from my account.  I want this removed and the charge for this month removed from my bill.  When I tried to login a few hours ago I was met with a system maintenance message, please try later.  Now that I can login the call boost option is missing from my account and I have been charged for the next month.  It was there a few days ago, I checked when it renewed.

Sorry for the delay. 

 

The boost has been removed and a credit will appear on your next bill as you have paid in advance for the boost.

There are ongoing issues with being able to manage that boost in My Account. 

 

Your post has been in a queue for attention  - there is only one of the above staff on here usually and they are not always on here every day.
