Not receiving all emails

For some reason, emails from certain senders are no longer getting through to me despite having had no issue with these senders for years. They are all within my address book. I've tried turning off AV and Firewall, plus the obvious Spam/Junk folder checks but to no avail, so any help would be appreciated.

I've had confirmation that this issue should now be behind us. Please let me know if you are still being advised that mail cannot be sent due to TT992 errors.

Hi rogerjeynes, we have an open incident for this. Please provide the senders email domain i.e. the bit after the @ symbol.
