Hi Padwa69

I'm wondering if It's worth me asking our faults escalations to contact you first to complete some checks. Would that be ok with you?

If we think that will improve things and there is no cost involved then please do, thank you.

Hi Padwa69

Would you like me to send a WIFI booster to see how the connection compares?

Hi Padwa69

Our Devices Team have advised the below:

This is a coverage issue. They suggested you try using a wifi booster.

The device is working as expected to handle the slight Wi-Fi interference.

Morning,

I'm sorry for the delay. We're not currently able to switch off the wifi optimisation at the moment. Our Devices Team have asked if you can reboot the router first and retest to see if the wireless issue is still happening? Is the wifi dropping on certain devices or all devices?

Thanks

Michelle
