No landline after storm

Storm damaged several poles in our area on Tuesday and my (and some neighbours) lost landline/internet.

It only affected my landline, which despite being reported and a response saying it's been fixed ..... it is still NOT working. REP-12875552.

 

Can someone please look into this.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Can I just check, have you tested with a different phone at the test socket?

 

If you have already tried this then I will need to arrange an Openreach engineer visit.
