Hi,

Help needed please.

I'm no longer receiving e-mails from someone I've been exchanging them with for years. I have two addresses, both @talktalk.net and he's tried both. Nothing has been changed on my e-mails.

He says they keep bouncing back with an error message -

cm11nec gave this error:
ziiirrc7O85zHziiiroKpC Content rejected (TT992)

His e-mail ends in @oslgroup.com

Can I fix this and if so how?

I've had confirmation that this issue should now be behind us. Please let me know if you are still being advised that mail cannot be sent due to TT992 errors.
