My home phone Caller display has suddenly started to show ALL incoming calls as Withheld. I have been in touch with Talk Talk chat and they say line is ok and sent me an email with suggestions to check, which I have done and still not working. Getting frustrated now as I don’t normally answer withheld numbers. Any suggestions please

Could you just confirm that the telephone number in your community profile is your current TalkTalk landline telephone number

Despite removing the caller display boost and receiving confirmation emails (twice) this is still showing as active on my account. I am therefore still getting all incoming calls as Withheld.  Now pulling my hair out!

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, have you tried switching the Caller Display service off in your My Account and once removed (this can take a few hours) re-added it again?
