If you have used the Archive function in TalkTalk Mail post migration to the new Cloud 8 mail platform then the Archive virtual folder will be below the standard folders in the Folder view. Otherwise it'll be in the My folders section if an archive was created on the former mail platform.
The folder view needs to be toggled to Open so that the standard icons and folder names are showing. The right facing chevron in front of the Archive virtual folder icon and name then needs to be selected to expand the Archive to show year by year sub-folders.
If the Archive is still not showing then sign out of TalkTalk Mail and sign in again just in case there was an initiation error when you last signed in.
