Hi jncape, sorry for the delayed response. I was on leave yesterday. 7 day scan shows nothing. I've dropped a message to the email admins to check for more on their systems.

I've alerted TalkTalk Support for you by placing a message in their workflow. I hope Ady will be able to respond from Wednesday morning onwards.

There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.

The sender was also the same as last time,  from domain @churchofscotland.org.uk

I can send full diagnostics if that would help.

I've had confirmation that this issue should now be behind us. Please let me know if you are still being advised that mail cannot be sent due to TT992 errors.
