Fibre not synching - blinking orange light

Since yesterday I have had regular disconnections on my line - tried live chat and got nowhere

Have done all the recommended tests, master socket, replaced microfilter etc.  Can anyone look into this more for me?   Is there a number to ring instead of Chat?
