Can you tell me where to order a new router? The power cable wire has broken.

Hi JGphone,

 

We can't just send a replacement cable, we have to send a replacement router which will come with a new cable

Just to be clear, it's the power cable that's broken not the router itself (wire has snapped), so please can you make sure they send a replacement cable? Thanks

The router is on its way and also a returns bag so the faulty router can be returned.
