Hi Abbie

The Getmeviewing website has listings for approved aerial installers (domestic).

I am moving from sky. How do I contact someone to get the Ariel sorted?

Who are you moving from? If Sky or Virgin, these methods of delivering the Terrestrial TV signal do not work for Freeview TV.

Do you have a terrestrial aerial?

If so if you plug the aerial directly into the TV and retune, do you get the TV programmes?

If yes, then try again with the box. Ensure the aerial is plugged directly into the box and not relying on any loopthrough from the TV.

If no, then you will need to contact a local aerial installer to check your system.
