Talktalk utilise Freeview as their main TV channels, so you get the main 4 in HD plus a few others. Check the Freeview site to see what is transmitted in your area as these may vary.
TalkTalk do not provide recordable boxes, but you can buy your own to use that do in the retail market.
Probably, in April, but they have not yet disclosed how they will apply these as yet following the Ofcom ruling on mid term price rises.
