I have been having issues with my talktalk WiFi hub since early this morning where it will regularly drop connection and flash orange.

 

I have done multiple line checks which state there are no issues or faults found.

I have done multiple speed tests, most come back with 66mbs apart from when the HUB disconnects

None of the speed tests have managed to complete with devices beyond the router.

I have done two lengthy restarts of the router, both times the router was off for 20+ minutes.

My latest connection test has ran into an error.

I received the router on Friday evening and got around to switching it his morning, no disconnections or lost connections so far, it seems to have fixed the issue.

Morning, I'm still using the original router and I don't have a spare one to try. The issues are still ongoing. Would you be able to send a new one?

To be honest we stopped using the landline phone when we were meant to upgrade to full fibre, but the open world engineer didn't show up and we cancelled the order. Since then we have stuck with a house mobile instead. 


I have plugged a landline phone into the socket and we still get a dial tone when the router light flashes orange.

Thanks for updating your profile. I can see that there have been a lot of disconnections today. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, is there a dial tone? Is there any noise on the line?
